I have taken many risks in life and probably more than I should in this environment (open your eyes). I have felt left for dead multiple times and anyone who has done so knows the feeling. I deal with pressure daily, the kind of pressure that will break most people. Being pushed against the wall is no fun. Stress can rattle us...shake us around quite a bit. If you can relate then you know the symptoms: inner doubt, loss of confidence, decreased endurance and strength, a shattered ego (I am sure there is more).
Maybe your life is out of balance, maybe
not. Either way when the pressure is choking you your instinct is to
power through right? Guess what I want you to do?
Hit the box
(gym). Seriously. The best way to break out of a rut is to reset and
refocus on something that can give you more than you give it. An exhilarating sweat session can do that. 30 minutes
can do wonders for your body! Let go of the mental for a bit and focus
on the physical.
Creating accomplishment through fitness can help you
get back to balance (I speak of balance a lot). Fitness brings
confidence. Confidence brings so much more. You know it. I know it. We
all know it.
Work off your doubt and anxiety in the box.
Pick up something challenging and unburden yourself.
